Main work is insurance law, liability and accident law, as well as counsel regarding retirement provision and inheritance law.

My further specialist training enables me to assist you in all matters of private insurance law. This refers, in particular, to questions regarding indemnity claims, liability law and accident law as well as your retirement provisions.

Based on 20 years of experience in palliative medicine, I offer counsel in writing a living will and health care proxy, a preferably avoided but necessary matter. This is also important for young clients who should insure themselves and their family in good time in their early years of building their future. Legal counsel is not only necessary for the settlement of an estate but frequently for the seemingly unproblematic reception of an estate.

My earlier employment at the Trust Agency in Berlin is the basis for sound counsel regarding large-scale entrepreneurial investments and form of contracts. Furthermore, my extensive network enables me to provide you with a multidisciplinary analysis and a suitable solution to your problem.
